1. Start with a Parent Letter
Once you’ve decided to use our Recorder Ordering Program, we’ll help you get started by creating a customized parent letter for your school. Simply complete our Google Form and submit it. Once we receive your information, we’ll prepare your personalized parent letter and send it to you for approval.

2. Administrative Approval & Website Setup
After you’ve received approval from your administration, just give us the green light. We’ll create your school’s ordering page on our website. Nothing will be posted until you tell us you’re ready.
3. Parents Order Online
Parents place their orders directly through our website—no collecting money, handling paperwork, or processing orders on your end. Even better, parents are not charged for shipping because all orders are combined and shipped in one bulk delivery to your school. 4. Ordering Deadline & Delivery
The day after your ordering deadline, we’ll compile all your school’s orders and ship them together.
You’ll receive one bulk shipment containing all student orders and a detailed spreadsheet showing every student and exactly what they ordered Shipping Note: If your school’s total order is less than $300, we’ll include an invoice for the shipping cost (typically $10–$15).
5. Need an Order Update?
Want to see who has already placed an order while the ordering window is open? Just send us an email, and we’ll provide an updated list of students who have completed their orders.
