Shiver City is having a snowman building contest. Who will build the greatest snowman? Most think that the largest and most decorated will be the greatest. The citizens work hard to build snowmen that are bigger, funnier, and more impressive than the rest. They try everything they can think of, but something is missing from their snowmen. In the end, it is the snowman with the biggest heart that wins, teaching the town that greatness can come from kindness, gratitude, and love to share.
